✨ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of makeup, perfume, or damage

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
  • Custom or made-to-order items (including select shoes)
  • Accessories (including jewelry)

💸 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after approval

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
