✨ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Item must be free of makeup, perfume, or damage
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
- Custom or made-to-order items (including select shoes)
- Accessories (including jewelry)
💸 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after approval
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Damaged or defective items

- Please include clear photos of the issue

- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
